H&M x ERDEM Short Film (This Years November H&M Designer Collection Update 10/23/17)
Hmmm. The master marketers at H&M are tapping into even me with their glorious films and photos. Dark Grey and Black are my go to colors and the Alexander Wang x H&M was my favorite collection. Didn’t think I would want anything ERDEM with all the flowers I’ve seen. But, alas, they put out a pretty rad looking film and I’m thinking of stopping by H&M on November 2nd 2017 to check the goods.
Recently, I was consumed by the fast paced Biker x Raver Alexander Wang x Adidas Collection. Watching the video over and over, checking the IG every few days and next thing you know, I have a pair of Fluorescent Orange Kicks on my feet. They are super comfortable, but way too bright for me.
Then I watch guys playing street ball in a PSNY Video and Now I have a pair of PSNY x Jordan 15’s, which are quite nice looking, yet nothing I should be buying with a credit card.
Do videos, Film, IG pix get you in the mood to shop? It sure works on me.
This film is done by Baz Luhrmann- He directed Moulin Rouge, Romeo + Juliet, The Great Gatsby, Strictly Ballroom and created the TV show The Get Down.
The Film’s super models include: Saskia de Brauw, Imaan Hammam, Grace Hartzel, Fernando Cabral, Neels Visser and Tony Ward. The music is Hypnotized by Years & Years.
See you on the Streetz or Maybe, Perhaps, I suspect at H&M on November 2nd!
PSNY is BACK and Making Stacks!
PSNY x Jordan 15 Kicks and Collection made their debut at NYFW Sept 2017. They had Hoodies, Pant/Short combos, T’s, Shirts, Caps and of course the Kicks. All in the Great Balck/White and Red and Olive Colorways.
Me, this is when I know I’m working too much. For some crazy reason I didn’t see it coming. Didn’t see the hints on Instagram. Missed the street buzz and September 8, 9 and 10 were the only 3 days of the year, I didn’t read the blogs. I never miss a PSNY drop!
So at 4:18 HST when the email came in, I for sure missed that. Just randomly went to their site Sunday nigh and found the Ultra Awesome Collection, except for a few items ALL SOLD OUT.
It was nice of them to sell on line. If you live in NY, you could have gone to the Chinatown Pop-Up Shop to Cop on site IRL.
The clothes are LIT! Jordan!!! PSNY back in black! OMG! I would have bought it all. LOL.
There are some shops getting some gear like St. Alfred’s in Chicago and Haven in Canada. So, you still might have a chance to get something. Me, being a big PSNY and a huge Jordan fan am a little bummed I had 5 events this past weekend and missed the drop. If you see anything, I say buy em. The kicks will go for big money on eBay and I’ll buy any XL clothes you can find.
BTW: The Kicks have a really cool PSNY on the back and WNL on the front tab, pretty dope for one of the worst looking J’s of all time.
Oh Well, They did the 12’s, now the 15’s. Hope to be awake and ready for the PSNY x Jordan 4 or 11. Before everything is gone, you can still peep the collection on their site.

See you on the Streetz! Just booked my NYC trip, Gonna be there December 15-20, 2017. Can’t wait even if it’s brisk outside. Hope to find some PSNY, Stampd, Chapter, or Off-White somewhere around town.
Video Views July 2014
These aren’t the watches you wear, they’re the videos that are fun to view. First up is Re2pect, It’s one of those Where’s Waldo types of vids, where you can play a game and see how many *famous people you can spot. It’s also a really nice video put on by Jordan Brand to salute the career of Derek Jeter of New York Yankee fame. *So far, I’ve seen Jeter, Spike Lee, Carmelo, Tiger Woods, Phil Jackson, Jay Z and of course, Jordan.
Next up, The Search for the Baddest, keeps us on the sports tip. This time it’s basketball. Pretty fun interactive vid.Does anyone have some extra time to come to my home court on Oahu and shoot a view long shots or tricky dribbles?
I put this on FB the day it came out, but am putting it on the Video views blog posting, just to remind everyone that if you ever need a new or different word for grey, you can check out this streetzblog post from August 23rd. It’s entitled 50 ways to say the word grey, but I was way to carried away and it actually has over 80 ways to say Grey or is it Gray?
Next up is the newly released trailer from the Hunger Games Franchise. This doesn’t have enough punch, conviction or intensity for me, but at least it’s an early taste of what’s to come November 21st, 2014.
And lastly a very early view of Mad Max-Fury Road. The thing that gets me in this, is it looks and feels almost like the Mid 1980’s. Where’s all the updated effects and technology?
See you on the streetz or maybe for this week only in the house watching vids.
